Julie Larnard-Newbury is the author of Divorce Your Scale, a transformational guide that helps readers move from self-criticism to Self-Caring through compassionate daily practices, mindset shifts, and lived experience. A lifelong educator, performer, and storyteller, Julie blends personal insight with practical tools to encourage confidence, resilience, and emotional well-being.

After decades of navigating grief and trauma, health challenges, and the pressures of diet culture, Julie developed a Self-Caring framework rooted in self-belief, personal responsibility, and joyful growth. Her work reflects a deep commitment to helping others rediscover their worth and step into a more empowered life.

In addition to writing, Julie has appeared in numerous well-loved stage productions and continues to share uplifting messages through social media, live presentations, and creative projects. She currently lives in Texas, where she writes, teaches, and inspires others to embrace change with courage, compassion, and hope.
